We’re seeking a driven and accountable Assistant Director to help lead daily operations, drive membership growth, and cultivate a high-performing team environment. What You’ll Do
Lead Daily Operations
- Support the Director in overseeing day-to-day business functions
- Manage team schedules, performance, and accountability
- Ensure the facility runs efficiently, safely, and with energy
- Use Simplex to track appointments, client interactions, and staff productivity
- Monitor and ensure client engagement through The Camp App for coaching touch points and retention
Drive Sales & Retention
- Present programs to prospects in a confident, value-driven way
- Set daily appointments and follow up with leads and members
- Monitor front desk follow-up performance and pipeline accuracy in Simplex
- Track attendance and re-engagement efforts through The Camp App
- Support and execute campaigns that improve client conversions and retention
Coach & Develop the Team
- Lead by example in service, standards, and attitude
- Train staff on proper usage of Simplex CRM and The Camp App for member management
- Monitor CRM performance and re-engagement tasks, helping the team stay accountable
- Organize team-building activities and help shape the culture
- Ensure team uses tools effectively to stay consistent in member communication and follow-up
Own the Environment
- Ensure front desk, gym floor, and back office are clean, stocked, and organized
- Monitor member feedback (via Simplex and internal check-ins) and handle service issues professionally
- Maintain accurate records, CRM data, attendance logs, and performance reports
Step Up as a Leader
- Identify issues early and implement proactive solutions
- Support the Director with special projects and higher-level responsibilities as needed
- Occasionally contribute to the facility’s social media presence by sharing successes or team updates
- Make quick, confident decisions when necessary.
- Drive the culture by setting the pace, tone, and expectations.
What We're Looking for
Strong leadership skills with proven ability to coach and manage people.
Sales-minded with a track record of driving results and closing deals.
Highly organized, reliable, and composed under pressure.
Proficient with CRM systems (Simplex), member apps (The Camp App), reporting tools, and daily administrative tasks
Confident communicator—in person, by phone, and via text.
Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Growth mindset and personal accountability are essential.
We prioritize performance and ownership over degrees or titles. Demonstrated leadership, sales ability, and consistent delivery are key to success in this role.

Base pay plus performance-based bonus structure.
