About The Role
We’re seeking a driven and accountable Assistant Director to help lead daily operations, drive membership growth, and cultivate a high-performing team environment. This leadership role requires ownership, goal attainment, and the ability to inspire the team to excel. You’ll oversee the client experience, coach team members, and foster a results-driven culture where both clients and staff thrive. What You’ll Do
Lead Daily Operations
- Use Simplex to track appointments, client interactions, and staff productivity
- Track attendance and re-engagement efforts through The Camp App
- Organize team-building activities and help shape the culture
- Ensure team uses tools effectively to stay consistent in member communication and follow-up
Own the Environment
- Support the Director with special projects and higher-level responsibilities as needed
- Occasionally contribute to the facility’s social media presence by sharing successes or team updates
- Make quick, confident decisions when necessary.
Strong leadership skills with proven ability to coach and manage people.
Sales-minded with a track record of driving results and closing deals.
Highly organized, reliable, and composed under pressure.
Proficient with CRM systems (Simplex), member apps (The Camp App), reporting tools, and daily administrative tasks
Confident communicator—in person, by phone, and via text.
Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Growth mindset and personal accountability are essential.
We prioritize performance and ownership over degrees or titles. Demonstrated leadership, sales ability, and consistent delivery are key to success in this role.
Base pay plus performance-based bonus structure.
