What You’ll Do:
As a Member Experience Associate, you're more than just the first face people see—you help create the energy, culture, and connection that members come back for. This role blends hospitality, communication, and accountability to support daily operations and drive a high-level member experience.
Whether you’re welcoming a new guest, following up with a lead, or keeping the space organized and upbeat—you’re a key part of what makes the facility run strong. We’ll train you on systems and tools like The Camp App and Simplex—you bring the attitude and ownership.
Own the Member Experience
Greet every guest with energy, warmth, and professionalism
Create real connections—remember names, stories, and goals
Present our programs confidently to prospects and walk-ins
Help new and trial members get set up on The Camp App and check progress
Support Sales & Retention
Assist with membership and product sales
Set and follow up on appointments with leads and trial members using Simplex
Contribute to retention by ensuring members feel supported and seen
Proactively support coaches in maintaining 15+ members per class by confirming attendance, checking in on absentees, and re-engaging inactive members.
Stay Organized & Proactive
Answer phone calls, respond to text messages, and follow through quickly
Process paperwork, scan and upload documents, and update member data in Simplex
Keep inventory stocked and the front area clean and welcoming
Track daily lead activity and ensure follow-ups are logged and completed
